Music is a powerful transformational tool that can alleviate specific illnesses, reverse negative mindsets and attitudes, dissolve creative blocks, and improve your overall health. Award-winning producer Barry Goldstein shares transformational sound healing tools you can use to harness its power.
Backed by the latest scientific research on the benefits of sound, music, and vibration, you learn practical, concrete instructions and experience live, sacred sound experiences that can be tailored to your individual preferences and needs. In this sound healing workshop, you:
- Create intimate and authentic conversation with your heart using the Heart Song Breathing Process
- Discover how music can engage, enhance, and improve your brain
- Become the DJ of your life with customized playlists to transform negative emotions
- Implement “musical prescriptions” for specific health conditions
- Create a daily program for musical nourishment
- Balance and harmonize the energy centers (chakras) using hands, sound, and vibrational techniques
- Chant and utilize mantra to transform the heart and mind
The weekend includes a sacred sound and inspirational concert on Saturday evening.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
